These terms govern your use of Tampa Bay Rydables tours and rental equipment. By signing, you confirm that you are legally able to enter this agreement, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you understand riding an electric tour vehicle involves inherent risk.
You agree to follow all staff instructions, local traffic rules, posted venue rules, and safety guidance. You must operate the vehicle in a safe, sober, and competent manner. Do not ride under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Do not use the equipment in prohibited areas, tamper with the equipment, carry more riders than allowed, or allow an unauthorized person to operate it.
You understand that streets, sidewalks, curbs, steps, weather, pedestrians, other vehicles, and uneven surfaces can create hazards. You accept responsibility for choosing a safe route, controlling speed, parking appropriately, and supervising any minors in your party.
You acknowledge that Tampa Bay Rydables, its owners, staff, partners, landlords, and affiliates are not insurers of your safety. To the fullest extent allowed by law, you release and hold harmless those parties from claims arising from your participation, except where prohibited by law.
You authorize the operator to retain this signed waiver, signature, timestamp, contact details, IP address, and user agent as evidence of consent. You may receive transactional SMS or email about this tour, including a post-tour review request, if you provide contact information and consent below.
